There are two different things people reach out to us about, and they need different people. Sorting them out first saves a day of waiting on the wrong inbox.

We do not operate a betting account. If you registered with an operator through a link on this site, that operator — not us — holds your balance and is the only party that can change it. Deposit not credited, withdrawal pending, bonus terms disputed, account closed: all of that has to go to the operator's own support channel, and you will need the transaction reference they issued.

We cannot see your operator account, cannot move your balance, and cannot reverse a transaction. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be this site and offers to return a balance is not us.

Corrections to what we publish are ours to fix. If a page states a payout figure, a feature, or an app behaviour that is wrong or out of date, tell us what is wrong and which page it is on, and the editorial team will re-check it against the source and correct or remove the claim.

We also take corrections to our own test results seriously. Our testing depends on the payment route, the device and the date, so include those if you are reporting a mismatch.
